There are no user-serviceable or replaceable parts inside the device. Do not disassemble or modify the device without authorization, as this may damage the device and void the manufacturer's warranty.

Waterproofing and Outdoor Use

• V-2000 is rated IP68 and can operate normally in outdoor environments such as rain, snow, high humidity, and dusty conditions. It can also be fully immersed in water to a depth of up to 1.5 m (4.9 ft) for up to 24 hours. Exceeding these conditions may result in water ingress.

• After use in or around water, moisture may remain inside the USB-C port. Make sure the port is completely dry before connecting a USB cable. Otherwise, corrosion, short circuits, or device damage may occur.

• Seawater is highly corrosive and may corrode the USB-C port. When using the device in marine environments, it is recommended to seal and protect the USB-C port with a waterproof sticker or other suitable means.

Operating and Charging Temperature

• V-2000 operates normally from −20°C to 60°C (−4°F to 140°F).

• The charging temperature range is 0°C to 40°C (32°F to 104°F). Do not charge the device outside this temperature range, as this may reduce battery performance, shorten battery life, or cause safety hazards.
