Press and hold the Power Button to turn on the device.

Take the recorder outdoors to an area with a clear view of the sky, with the front facing upward.

Depending on the surrounding environment, wait 1–3 minutes. When the Status Indicator changes to a slow flash, the device has acquired a satellite fix. You can then start your journey.

When your journey is complete, press and hold the Power Button to turn off the device and save the current track.
